Join us for a relaxed and inspiring gathering where you can meet other active potters, teachers, and learn about local classes and workshops. You’ll receive a helpful resource list packed with information on raw materials, clay, equipment, and tips on getting started in pottery—plus details on the benefits of joining the Nova Scotia Potters Guild.
The event includes a tour of a working studio, a discussion on the value of classes and workshops, and the opportunity to browse (or contribute to) a small pottery sale. Active potters are welcome to bring a few pieces for sale and their business cards.
Light snacks and desserts are encouraged (bring a small plate to share), and don’t forget your own drink. Space is limited to 20 people, so please contact Monica to register. Carpooling is encouraged!
