Tucker’s Pottery Supplies Order Information

The NSPG is organizing a bulk order with Tucker’s Pottery Supplies with a deadline of FRIDAY, APRIL 14, 2023. Please make sure you have renewed your membership before ordering!

To clarify, the DEADLINE TO ORDER IS FRIDAY, APRIL 14, 2023.

 The easiest way to place your order is on the website, you can also call their toll-free number:  1-800-304-6185 or email them.
Here are the details:

Tuckers will be contacting individuals directly when assembling their orders to offer substitutes on items which are unavailable (i.e., commercial glazes and the like). 
                       
Tuckers will do separate invoicing and packaging.
 
The savings with Tuckers are on shipping, so if you want to get a lower “box price” on your clay, you could get that by combining orders with your clay buddies. Just saying.
 
Orders will not be held for out-of-stock items (No backorders).
 
After the order is closed, Tuckers will calculate the shipping cost, send out the invoices and process payments for everyone. They will ship the order after all payments have been processed. Please pay promptly so that the order isn’t held up. Orders should be paid in full within two days of receiving your invoice. Orders not paid within this timeframe will be shipped separately at your expense.
 
It will take a few days after the deadline before the shipping date and the shipping will take 2-3 days after that. 
 
The order will be held for pick up at the Day and Ross Depot in Burnside (Dartmouth). Orders MUST be picked on on the delivery date. If you are unable to pick up your order please coordinate with someone that can pick it up for you. Orders can’t be held for a later pick up.
 
Please send a copy of your quote from Tuckers so that we can keep track of who has ordered and have your email to contact you regarding pickup. This will also give us some idea of the scope of everyone's order.   Email Natalie at: nataliecburns@hotmail.com
 
The intention is to send email updates to everyone on the order list when the order is shipped, so everyone who is ordering knows who else is on the order.  That way, if people want to team up for pick up and such it will be easy for them to do so. This email is only for guild purposes. Please let Natalie know if this won’t work for you.
